Lab-grown diamonds are grown using Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) or High Pressure, High Temperature (HPHT). CVD grows diamond from carbon-containing gas; HPHT uses high pressure and temperature. The rough diamonds are then cut and polished for jewellery.
