Terms and Conditions

Applicable only on goods sold by Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds Ltd ("the Company")


  1. Any dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
  2. All requests for further services or exchange of the good(s) or complaints pertaining to the goods should be accompanied with the tax invoice mentioning the name of the person/entity (herein after referred to as "invoice") making the request/complaint along with a valid Government Issue photo identity of the same.
  3. Good(s) sold by the Company can be exchanged at the company premise for a good of the same value, provided:
  4. The good is in the same condition in which it was sold.
  5. The invoice is produced along with the relevant Certificate of the said good.
  6. A government issued photo identity of the person is produced.
  7. The good has not been tampered with or altered.
  8. No complaints will be entertained by the Company if: - The good is damaged or has been mishandled by the customer. -The good is altered or repaired by a person not authorized by the Company.
  9. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage caused to the customer.
  10. The rate per gram charged for the gold is as mentioned in the invoice. As the gold rate at any given time is not uniform in the market the Company does not make any representation with regard to gold rate mentioned by the Company in the invoice,
  11. If the payment is made by the customer through Cheque or Demand Draft, the delivery of the item purchased from the Company against the bill, will be made only after realization of the amount by the Company.
  12. Precious and Semi-precious goods (i.e. color stone, pearl, NCM, vilandi, diamonds, etc.) weight is deducted from gross weight which is approximate.


TRAYI ADVANTAGE

  1. The monthly advance against purchase of jewellery must be uniform and paid continuously for Ten months; with a minimum of ₹2,000/- the advance payments cannot be extended beyond 10th month and is not transferable under any circumstance.
  2. On completion of eleven months from the date of enrolment the customer will be eligible to purchase the chosen jewellery up to scheme value and above within 15 days of completion of the eleventh month.
  3. The advance against purchase of jewellery is unique and cannot be clubbed with any other existing purchase plan/offers.
  4. Account details of enrolled customers, Aadhar card, PAN card documents and Phone Number are mandatory at the time of enrolment.
  5. The Equal Monthly Amounts (EMA) against purchase of jewellery must be paid by or before the 5th of every month and EMA against purchase of jewellery can neither be paid in advance nor carried over, the advance amounts paid will not be eligible for any interest.
  6. In case of change in address, loss of Enrolment form, the customer should inform the company immediately to update KYC details.
  7. The customer may appoint a nominee on submission of KYC details for both self and the nominee. Minors will not be eligible to enrol.
  8. Not more than one advance payment, can be made in a month and also the plan cannot be extended beyond the stipulated period.
  9. If customer has not redeemed the scheme, only the principal amount shall be returned/transferred to the customer within 20 days of the Eleventh month by way of Bank transfer/cheque payment. No interest will be payable.
  10. Advance against purchase of jewellery can be made in cash, credit/debit cards, NEFT, UPI, local cheques favouring the company, bank charges and Card charges will be borne by the customers (in case of cheque dishonour and card payments only).
  11. Withdrawal from the scheme is not permissible at any time.
  12. The Customers who wish to exit the scheme before the end of the 6th month must utilise the said EMAs against jewellery purchase. However, no amount will be contributed by Trayi Jewellers (OPC) Private Limited in this case. Purchase amount of jewellery must not be lower than the accumulated EMAs. No refund will be provided under any circumstance.
  13. The Customers who wish to exit the scheme after the completion of the 6th month but before the completion of the 8th month must utilise the said EMAs against jewellery purchase. However, the contribution by Trayi during this interval would be only upto 55% of One Month Contribution. Purchase amount of jewellery must not be lower than the sum of accumulated EMAs and Trayi Contribution. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  14. The Customers who wish to exit the scheme after the completion of the 8th month but before the completion of the 10th month must utilise the said EMAs against jewellery purchase. However, the contribution by Trayi during this interval would be only upto 65% of One Month Contribution. Purchase amount of jewellery must not be lower than the sum of accumulated EMAs and Trayi Contribution. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  15. Customers who have completed 10 months under the scheme will be eligible for purchasing Jewellery under the scheme after the completion of the 10th month. Trayi will contribute 80% of one months contribution. Purchase amount of jewellery must not be lower than the sum of accumulated EMAs and Trayi Contribution. The customers will be eligible for Bonus on purchase only after he or she paid all the advance payments promptly. The customer will not be able to continue the plan in the event of default in the monthly advance payments. Hence it is mandatory that the customer pay the advance payments promptly every month without fail. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  16. Post the 10th month, if any amount paid by the customer is unutilised against any purchase of jewellery, then it shall be held by the Company as advance against future purchases.
  17. Contribution by Trayi will either be adjusted as a trade discount against the sale value or as a cash discount at the discretion of Trayi.
  18. The total advance amount paid will only be adjusted against the purchase of Jewellery by the customer.
  19. GST & any other government levies at the time of delivery will be borne by the customer.
  20. The customers signature will be verified at the time of redemption of the plan. If the customer is not able to come, a declaration shall be provided by Nominee.
  21. Trayi Jewellers (OPC) Private Limited has its sole discretion to alter, amend modify add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
  22. Trayi Jewellers (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part of whole of the privileges of the purchase plan without any prior notice. Trayi Jewellers (OPC) Private Limited is the sponsor of the purchase plan and reserves the right to suspend the purchase plan at any time. In such event the member may purchase any item at the store equal to the value of money accumulated in the account as on that day.
  23. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Mangalore.
